OUR SHALA
Bhav is a dedicated yoga school and welcoming shala in the heart of Cronulla, founded by Chris Alleaume. More than just a place to move, Bhav was created with the intention of honouring yoga as a spiritual practice—a path of self-discovery, transformation, and connection that extends well beyond the physical.
We offer over 20 classes each week in a variety of styles, including Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and Yin Yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, our classes are designed to guide you toward balance, clarity, and strength in both body and mind.
As a yoga school, Bhav also provides specialised trainings in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, offering students and teachers an opportunity to explore the timeless philosophy, energetics, and practices of yoga in greater depth. These trainings are more than courses—they are invitations to step into a journey of personal and spiritual growth.
At Bhav, we are proud to nurture a supportive community of teachers and members who come together to share in the richness of yoga. We can’t wait to welcome you into our space and for your own life-changing journey with yoga to begin.

OUR YOGA
Traditional Hatha
Tantra seeks to systematically and progressively advance our evolution in all areas of life; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. All classes include Asana, Pranayama, Mantra & Meditation.
Asana Vinyasa
A flow style class that will link a series of poses together, connecting breath with movement. This practice is open to all, as there are modifications and challenges. A general level of fitness can be helpful, but is not essential.
Yin Yoga
A meditative, floor-based practice where the shapes are held for time (usually 2-5 minutes). Often designed to work fascia, ligaments, and joints. Suitable for all levels and abilities. Pregnant women may require modifications.

“Lead me from ignorance to truth
Lead me from the darkness to the light
Lead me from death to immortality”
