7 TONGUES OF THE FIRE - Santati
As we near the end of another year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what has passed and make meaningful adjustments for the year ahead.
Through the consistent and intentional practice of yoga, we develop subtlety—not just in our movements but in our awareness. This growing subtlety helps us see through illusions, both internal and external.
In yogic philosophy, our perception of reality and the world is called Santati—our worldview. How we view the world shapes our ability to align with higher truths and live with clarity and purpose.
At the same time, the more disciplined and diligent we are in our practice, the more we evolve. This evolution expands our capacity to sit with and embrace the deeper truths we uncover about ourselves and the world around us.
This is why our practice must go beyond asana. Asana lays the foundation, but to truly grow, we need tools and practices that guide us into deeper dimensions of being. These tools are available—it’s up to you to step into them.
So, ask yourself: What kind of worldview do you wish to hold? Will you see life as a sacred gift from the divine or as something far less inspired? The choice is yours.
