Details: Wednesday 24th March - 7.30 - 9pm - $49
A Friday night used right, can set the tone for the whole weekend.
Join us for a breath-work experience to clear the cobwebs. To feel the soul again. To feel clarity and peace and to let things under the surface be processed.
A journey down into the depths of you using the breath as a vehicle to reconnect and realign.
A resultant feeling of calm, clarity and creativity will carry you into the night.
What to expect:
We will start with calm breathing to drop into our body and let everything settle. To become present and intentional with ourselves.
Then we will use a combination of deep breathing, breath holds and different paces to loosen our minds, bring sensation into our body and move past blocks stored in our emotional and physical being.
In the resultant state we will play with some breath controls and nourishing breaths to bring us home and luxuriate in the beautiful feelings circulating our body.
To finish we will enjoy stillness within our new open state in meditation where everything will start to drop in.
Chris will be providing live music to elevate the room and sink us deeper into the meditation.
Afterwards there will be time to unpack and ask questions.
