Rebirthing Breath-work is Conscious Connected Breathing through the nose, this transformational technique of Breath-work was created by Leonard Orr. It is the breath of love, and the breath of a new born baby, it is a gentle form of breath-work to have you dive deep into your subconscious to move energy by removing tension and stress from the body, and return to LOVE.
Because of its gentle nature, Rebirthing Breath-work can take you into transcendental spaces of consciousness, and spaces of deep and profound healing. The benefits of this practice are unique for each individual, and include a deep sense of clarity, aha moments, insights, embodied knowing of your own personal truth, experiences of one-ness.

Karina also offers one on one breath-work sessions for $444, or 10 session packs for $350 per session.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
