In this workshop you’ll be experiencing Rebirthing Breathwork, which is Conscious Connected Breathing through the nose, this transformational technique of Breathwork was created by Leonard Orr. It is the breath of love, and the breath of a new born baby, it is a gentle form of breathwork to have you dive deep into your subconscious to move energy by removing tension and stress from the body, and return to LOVE.
Because of it's gentle nature, Rebirthing Breathwork can take you into transcendental spaces of consciousness, and spaces of deep and profound healing. The benefits of this practice are unique for each individual, and include a deep sense of clarity, aha moments, insights, embodied knowing of your own personal truth, experiences of one-ness.

Who this workshop is not for: For anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, if you have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, or if you have vertigo and it's not been resolved, breathwork in some instances may not be whats best for you.
Meet Karina:
Karina Kalilah has always had a deep love for electronic music. After experimenting with spinning vinyls when she was 18, she always had a passion for watching DJ's perform, and loved the way a DJ could take you on a journey through dance and music. More recently, upon making her own sound healing meets electronic music album 'Heartgasm', this genre-blend inspired her to get back on the decks to guide others through a transformational experience through sound. Bringing her passion for safety into all containers she holds, Karina invites you to not only shake your booty, but also to reconnect to your embodied essence, listening into the depths of what is really within, feeling into your own heart, all while bringing you into states of ecstasy through the music she plays and her angelic vocals.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
