The ancient yogis claimed that the AUM vibrations heard in deep states of Meditation and Samadhi and that it is the collective sound of creation containing all the sounds of the universe. AUM is considered the original mantra, the sacred sound of all that is, and to hear it brings illumination to the body, mind and spirit. 

In this class learn the meaning of the sound, what the symbol represents and experience the power of this sacred vibration itself as we chant it 108 times. Chanting AUM has the power to lift our consciousness up to the subtle, spiritual dimensions beyond this one. According to the sages that is where the sound originates. 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
