Yantras are intricate, often symmetrical, geometric representations used in various spiritual and religious traditions, including Hinduism and Tantra. These designs typically emanate from a central point or "bindu" and are used for meditation and as tools for focusing the mind.
These Yantras are often created with precision and specific ratios to reflect the mathematical and metaphysical principles underlying the universe. They can be used in various forms of meditation and ritual practices to facilitate spiritual growth and self-realisation.
In essence, Yantra Yoga in this context involves the study and meditation upon these geometric designs as a means to gain deeper understanding of the mathematical and spiritual principles that shape our existence and guide our life's path.
