THE 8 LIMBS OF YOGA: SAMADHI

Samadhi, the final stage and goal of mediation. This represents the highest stage of perception and Viveka (clear seeing). As our practice deepens we perceive more and more of the objects inherent qualities. Eventually there is no distinction between subject and object, the meditator and the object merge into one.

Experiencing Samadhi means knowing the highest truth beyond the constraints of the human identity, a death of the ego. We are no longer anything the mind can think of, we just are, we exist, we are the existence itself.

The more often we touch in on this space, awareness of pure consciousness, pure self and make decisions from that place, our ultimate truth rather than a limited truth from our identity we begin to shape our future and our destiny. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat this week!
