In this workshop, you will explore the 7 main energies centres in your body via playful, fun yet powerful exercises to help you opening up your vocal cords, releasing tensions in your body, relaxing your nervous system and also raising your vibration to the next level you are ready for.
You will learn a very simple yet powerful vocal technique that you can use daily to support you speaking your truth with more ease.
This Voice Activation will also help you expand your capacity to know your truth and speak your truth. This session will support you hugely in releasing the fears of being criticised, rejected or unwanted as you are taking more space in a leadership role or in intimacy with your loved ones.
It will help you to transmute the energetic blockages that are holding you back in your self-expression. You will gain a greater access to your 'power to create' more of what your
heart desire as opposed to what you do not want to attract in your life.
