Yoga Teacher, Registered Nurse, and Wellbeing Coach
My journey with yoga began in 2005, transforming my life on emotional, psychological, and spiritual levels. Originally from India, I found a true home at Bhav Studio in 2017, where I fell in love with Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. The depth of practice and philosophy here led me to complete my teacher training, deepening my appreciation for yoga’s power to heal and connect us to our true selves.
As a registered nurse and former educator, I taught nursing students in Health, Psychology, and Nutrition, which laid the foundation for my passion for holistic care. Since moving to Australia, I’ve served as a Health Operations Manager in aged care, supporting wellbeing on all levels. My dedication to guiding others toward wellness also inspired me to pursue Neuro Transformation Therapy coaching. I hold a deep reverence for Vedic philosophy, and through yoga, I am honoured to create a nurturing space where students can explore, reconnect, and find resilience and balance in mind, body, and spirit.
