I discovered yoga during my university years, quickly finding it to be an essential escape from my busy life. After a recommendation from a friend, I’ve been practicing at Bhav Cronulla for over a year now. Practicing with Chris and Theresa inspired me to complete my 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher training, starting me on this journey to connect with myself on a deeper level, and move away from the reactive state that modern life often cultivates. I practice and am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, however Hatha is my personal favourite.
I’m inspired by all of the teachers at Bhav, and I’m excited to share my teaching style with you, fostering a nurturing space for you to challenge yourself in your own practice, to transform your life through self-discovery and personal growth.
